1. Open the Intercom Chatbox:

• Navigate to our website and locate the Intercom chatbox icon, usually found in the bottom right corner of the screen.

2. Initiate a Conversation:

• Click on the Intercom chatbox icon to open the chat window.

• Start a new conversation by clicking on the “New conversation” button.

3. Submit Your Request:

• In the chat window, type a message requesting the deletion of your account.

• Provide any necessary information such as your email address associated with the account to help expedite the process.

4. Create a Support Ticket:

• Your message will automatically create a support ticket.

• Our support team will receive your request and start the process of deleting your account.

5. Confirmation:

• You will receive a confirmation message from our support team once your account deletion request has been processed.
